Is a monthly plan required?+

No. Website development is a one-time purchase. Ongoing plans are optional.

Can I update the website myself?+

DeLuca websites are professionally managed rather than built around a client-facing editor. Care and Managed clients simply send us their updates and our team handles them.

What counts as a routine update?+

Changes to existing content such as prices, menu items, photos, text, hours, phone numbers, links and existing promotional content.

What is not a routine update?+

New pages, major new sections, redesigns, new functionality, custom integrations, ordering systems, databases, dashboards and other development work.

Do I own my website?+

After the project is paid in full, you own the agreed final website and your content, subject to the service agreement and any third-party licenses or services.

Are domains and third-party services included?+

Ordering platforms, reservation systems, email services, premium software and domain renewals may have separate fees unless specifically included in your proposal.
